As most of you know, I love fashion. Whether it be hair fashion, makeup, or wardrobe.
I'm thinking of making a beauty blog. With maybe even tutorials?
I have spent enough odd hours of the night watching tutorials just so I could educate myself a little bit.

How To Have A Good Day.

lets start at 7:00am.

1. Get up, on time. So you have just enough time to get yourself ready for school.

2. Drive to school, by yourself, listen to john mayer.

3. Be confident with everything you say to everyone.
4. Be Kind to everyone.

5. Meet someone new.

6. Flirt with a boy, even if you don't particularly like this boy. Or even if this boy

had a concussion (true story). It will make his day good, also.

7. Forget about what happened yesterday, Focus on your goals today

8. go home for lunch. Make a well balanced meal.

9. Joke around with your teacher. It shows that your are confident and comfortable

10. Do your homework as soon as you get home

11. Enjoy time with your friends

12. Have a serious talk with your mother.

13. Eat a well-balanced dinner.

14. Organize your room

15. Brush your teeth, wash your face, put on fuzzy socks.

16. Watch a disney movie

17. Be thankful for who you are and the opportunities you have and the people you love.

18. Be thankful for scriptures. They help you through anything. Any question you

could ever have can be answered through scriptures.

I'm awake. and its 5:26 am. Yep. And I don't need to be. It was one of those dreams where you wanted to scream and you tried to, at the top of your lungs. But then you jolt awake and suddenly become so scared. In about 10 minutes you begin to think straight and just realize it was a dream. Thats what happened to me. And I don't even want to begin to talk about what my dream was about.

But on a unnecessary side-note. I hate my English class. Why do I always get the bad teachers? Its unreal. Okay, maybe I'm being a tad dramatic. But you'd think she would realize the reason why so many people are failing her class. I like her as a teacher, for the same reasons any other teen would like her; because its the period after lunch and she lets us bring FOOD in her class. And her writing logs at the beginning of the period are very reasonable. And she's so funny.

But on the other hand. I might as well be in a college English class, for crying out loud. Let me just shoot you with some numbers, my first term book report? Around 500 points, its 10 pages. If you don't turn in an assignment the second she says its due, its late. So, for example, if you were doing some last minute fixes to the assignment you worked ever-s0-hard-on last night, and you don't turn it in when she grabs everyone elses, docked 20 points. Which, at best, puts you at about a B- or C range at that point
I. Wanted. To. Strangle. Somebody.
Another example? Your getting one whether you like it or not.

Vocabulary? Sure. Its an English class! Vocab is all fine and dandy. BUT. When we're done learning the five vocab words of the day we have an assignment that night, two example sentences for each word. ( thats 10 sentences, people) Now thats not that hard at all right?! Apparently I just suck at vocab because on all of them I get half credit ( sorry, Mom) I talked to her about it, Long story-short, I need to put context clues so people reading the sentence know what I'm talking about. OK. No Big Deal.
So I start doing the assignment like she told me. THATS STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH. Let me hit you with some more numbers, it took me roughly and hour and a half to make the sentences perfect. my score? 50/100. At this point I almost had to walk out of the room just so I wouldn't shove the teachers head into a wall. (just kidding?)

So thats me, just complaining. And I know I don't like facing a big body of words without an interesting picture, So here:

Granted, I can be dramatic.

Tonight was such a good night.

football game: we might have lost, but that doesn't mean I'm not proud to be a viking.

Del Taco: sick. I cannot tell you how much I hate Del Taco. I don't know why I would ever eat there. ever, Sooo gross.

Lyssa's house: we danced, and played football, and laid in her grass until the sprinklers turned on. then we talked and talked and talked and talked.Then we went home. But tonight was bittersweet. Because me and *a person* worked some things out. However it was a 30 second conversation,nWe said what I thought was never going to be said. now me and *this person* are on better terms. almost like the elephant in the room? For me at least .tonight was bittersweet because I still feel like me and *this person*have a lot more to talk about.

there's a lot more to be vocalized. normally I'm not afraid to confront something like this.

But for some reason I can't confront this situation. Probably because *this person* is not ready to start acting like a mature adult. but I hope things get less and less awkward for us soon.

Because I just want to be your friend.

Hello, Folks.
well, here we go.
indeed, in 19 days, school starts (barf) - if I see ONE MORE back-to-school commercial I will punch a wall, except for these, these are cool. But I am quite the sucker for school supplies. So school shopping is my favorite, probably. It every girls favorite. Who am I kidding?

in 19 days is picture day. - you heard it boys and girls! the first day of school IS picture day. Which is more stressful for us girls, because we have to find an even CUTER outfit for the first day because its gonna be in the yearbook. Oh and I'm starting my junior year? So weird. I still feel like I'm so little.

in one month and 16 days. I WILL BE SIXTEEN. Hallelujah. HALLELUJAH! I'm the last person I know that is turning 16 in my grade. Trust me, its been long awaited.

in approximately one year and 19 days, I will be starting my SENIOR year. Going to beauty school! all of this is driving my crazzyyy. Then i'll be an adult.

So folks, that means in just 3 short weeks, I will be in school.

Taking a Chance; Throwing my Opinions Out There.

Ohhh boy. I'm sure you all are waiting to hear what I have to say. This is pretty much an excerpt from my from my journal. Things have been going really great lately. Its summer. My favorite time of the year, obviously. But I feel like something is lacking. Almost like there is a hole in my life. I need to take more opportunites, opportunities to learn. Which i'm trying to work on. Sometimes I find myself in these little depressions. Which, is normal I'm sure (right?)
When I just stay home all night watching sappy romantic comedies. The night ends with me sobbing, at the movie of course. Although I might be the most emotional person you have ever met, I don't cry very often (in front of people, that is) But if people see me crying I just cry more because I'm get embarrased.

Even typing the words 'cry' and 'emotional' got me all teary-eyed. Not lying. See? Don't get me wrong I am VERY HAPPY right now. But I want to be MORE happy. You can never be too happy in my book. But back to the mini-depression topic. I sit at home when I could be having the time of my life with friends. Sometimes I think we owe that to ourselves. Its good to be alone sometimes. Whether your in the car, driving home from work, or watching a sappy movie. But some smart person always tells sme that YOU can control the way you feel. Not anybody else. I know sometimes its hard, really hard for that matter. You just have to take a deeeeep breath and "fake it till' you make it."-Grandma Lyn Davis.

Next topic on my mind: Men. Hah. I know right? you all are probably thinking "She's just a teen". Well congratulations! Your right. I AM a teen. But that doesn't mean that I don't know anything about the opposite sex. Here is the golden rule I have learned about (TEEN)guys: They want what they can't have, once they have it, the don't want it anymore. This makes them seem like pigs right? This doesn't mean all boys are inconsiderate. MAN have I met some really really respectful and sweet guys. But why can't all men just learn to be respectful to girls emotions/feelings/thoughts/opinions? Seriously! A girls mind is so much more complex than a guys mind. Girls overthink EVERYTHING. I know I do. Guys purposely don't overthink things. Smart right? Eh. Thats all I have to say. Please realize that I'm just speaking from experience. Prince Charming please come for me soon.

Next: Career? The most difficult question anybody could ask themselves: "Who am I?" my answer as of right now: "A friendly young woman looking for adventure and more happiness than she already has."
see normally you'd see {insert career title here} somewhere in there. But here's my secret. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I WANT TO DO. Right now i'm absolutely fascinated with the art of beauty and the beauty of art. (Like how I did that?) Its pretty much a done deal that I'm finishing up ALL my credits my junior year (starting this fall) and attending hair school my senior year (the following fall) But I'm looking at other options after beauty school.

-Music Producer: Everyone that knows me knows that 80% of my brain is song lyrics. Ask anyone. I know almost every song by heart BEFORE it hits radio stations. But not just mainstream. I have my own secret iTunes library of musical gems.

-General Nurse: I love hospital shows. I would love to have the opportunity to potentially save lives. But heres' the catch; when it comes to disecting frogs in Biology, NO THANKS. Maybe I'll learn? Or maybe it'll just be a waste of my parents money.

-Makeup Artist: I realize that its very hard to make a full-time living out of this. But theres a chance!

-Photographer: I like tinkering with camera settings, And Photoshop. Also, the art of making people feel pretty.

Whichever path I choose, in the end, I know I will be happy.

well it was a very good weekend
with good people!
heres to Picture Blogging:

We found a diaper.

MAARRRRRDIIIIIIII!!!! I love her.
and then theres max in the back, dont know where robyn went but SHE WAS THERE.
well, we went to robyns house and hung out, (Hence the diaper) then we took the party van to stalk people going on dates? THEN we took the party van to wendy's? Yeah were classy. Don't worry about it. Then we made several videos. dancing. And singing. Cheesy songs. Then we got yelled at by some pot heads at Alpine Park..Then we almost died jamming to THIS SONG. Please imagine me screaming while this song is blasted loud. Then we went to macey's and stalked some more people. Then we waited in Discovery Park parking lot and called RANDOM numbers just for the kicks and giggles. And LET ME TELL YOU. It was a good time.

Me and Jenna Dehoyos. We stuffed our faces with Cafe Rio and then TRIED to go to comedy club. Didn't work out too well. So then we stuffed our faces even more with a dozen of assorted Krispy Kreme doughnuts. Then we couldn't finish them all so we doorbell ditched a dozen of half eaten Krispy Kreme's at a random boy's house. Thats just what we teenage girls do.

We waited in the car for 45 minutes until we decided to either crash prom, or go eat some more...

Well folks, twas a GREAT weekend.
hope you had a great weekend as well! Tomorrow is monday. Not only is it monday. But its an A day.
Usually i'd rather eat dirt then participate on A days. But guess what? Theres pretty much a month left of school so I guess I have to get my grades back on track or else there will be no fun summer for Elle! Its called summer school. And don't get me started on that.

WOW.

its been long.

Wanna know what sad?

THIS MAN

had to remind me that I haven't blogged in a while.

and then I freaked out inside of my mind because its been VERY LONG.

Since I last posted. seriously I just forgot about everything.

sad I know

well. A Lot has happened.

I find myself doing these lists often.

well here we go.

1. I fell wayyy behind in school. Don't ask how. I just thought it'd be good to be lazy.

That didn't end up very well did it?!

2. And NOW I have 2 F's

and I don't get THIS new wonderful glorious MUCH NEEDED new phone until I have a C.

and thats only possible until the 25th ( the end of the term.) Because my teacher likes to torture me...I know its not the fanciest phone. But i'd rather have that then my ghetto half broken BlackBerry that I have to turn off and then back on twice a day(:

3. I need a summer job.

Bust. Mom, if your reading this (which i'm sure you are) I'm NOT working at Sonic, Cinema 6, or any other place when I have to come home from work smelling like salt and butter and sweat.

Those are really my only options until I'm 16. Which I won't be until September.

Problem.

4. I am now officially registered. As a Junior.

its so crazy to me to think next year at this time I will be finishing up my junior year?!

Oh and by the way? i'm taking THREE history credits next year.

The things I do for beauty...

5.^That means that I'm planning on going to cosmetology school. Well I have been. For a very long time. So my Senior year I will only need 2 Classes all year.

It works out perfect.

6. Obviously, since I like to be happy. ( Its the name of my blog duhh)

weekends, I'm going to be honest. for the past month I have been going to parties every weekend.

I like to Party obviously.

Tomorrow I have 2 parties to squeeze my Sssshhhedule.

takes skill I guess.

7. License. Don't get too excited ya'll. I did not get my license. I like to think I have though! If I were born 1 year earlier I would have had my license 1 year ago, obviously. and my now I would be able to drive friends around (because it would have been 6 months after the date I received my license. Its the law. I also think its stupid.)

But a lot of my friends now have their license.. I'm getting closer and closer to the days when I don't have to BEG my parents for rides everywhere.

I seriously cannot wait any longer.

Speaking of which my Padre is taking my driving tomorrow.

And I'm not too excited. It scares me. Ever since the whole refrigerator accident.

So.. Plans for tomorrow?

Today was pretty crazy...Not really.
But here is what I have to get done before Next Wednesday:
-Drama Report
-English Report
-Algebra Final (kinda counts...its on Thursday.)
-Comp. Tech Final
-P.E makeup
-Drop French Class ( WAHOO!)
-Lacrosse Conditioning. Every day. Except Friday.
So Yeah. You could say that I'm pretty cussing stressed out right not.

Yay! Some stooooooop decided it would be okay to

Tell the district that the set is not safe. Therefore, Mr. Shelley
Had to have a meeting with someone from the district. Mind you,
This meeting lasted TWO AND A HALF hours. And we couldn't
use the set until someone came in to have this "meeting"
which took 2 days. Which puts everything off, For 2 days.
That is 2 out of the 14 rehearsals we have left until Opening Night.
Pisses. Me. Off.

But its all okay guys, Because I wore my
sparkly TOMS today :)

Yeah..another day of math..
I asked my teacher what that mother of all equations was supposed to mean. (see last post:))
And the first thing he said was, "Well it has imaginary numbers in it so thats what you need to simplify...blah blah blah".......
Me and imaginary numbers DO NOT have a great relationship.
WTF is an imaginary number?! And me, being "witty" I said,"You mean..like...unicorn imaginary?"
....He didn't think it was funny.
So there I am. Dumbfounded by this BEAST of an equation.
AND I STILL DON'T GET IT.
so, I have decided to switch teachers. Which will be really hard to accomplish considering
the lady at the counseling office is a BRAT.
But I won't get into that story.. Well, here are the things that keep me from screaming at you!

Well Hello Everyone!
today was a good day...Except for the part that I had to go home and face my
Deathly Algebra Homework...
But before I talk about that...I'll just give you the scoop-dee-woop
on Phantom! its coming along really good! But we only have about 15 more
rehearsals until opening night!! AAAHHH!
And UTA is coming up in about 2 weeks.
It might just be the craziest 2 days of my life!
And might I add those 2 magnificent days will be filled with theater arts goodness?!

Like, REALLY?!?!

It just makes me so MAD!!
ugh. well Anyways. I would just like to say that I'm all caught up

1st of all. I'm really not that witty. Or Creative. Unless I'm in a particular state of mind. THATS when I'm creative. But not THAT creative. Oh Boy. Anyways. So I can understand why most of you have stopped enjoying my blog because I'm just that BORING.

thus, and idea. inspiration? THIS GUY.

Post every day. It will be a challenge. But you know what? My horoscope told me to take on challenges today. And for the whole year. So there.

2nd of all. I suck at making the right decisions to better my health. Such as, go to taco amigo every friday night? NO NO NO. Thats not good at all. I should be more tentative to my health now more than ever. So thats a goal (if you haven't noticed already I'm telling you my New Year Resolution(s))

3rd. The Four Agreements.

its a book. But its probably the best book I have ever read in my life. It gives you a whole new perspective and outlook on your/others life/lifes. No matter what religion/lifestyle you (or anyone for that matter) may have

1. Be Impeccable with your word.

2. Don't Take Anything Personally

3. Don't Make Assumptions.

4. Always Do Your Best

And there you have it. The Four Agreements.

My favorite? Don't take Anything Personally.

Because its not you, Its them. If they say something mean, Its them.

If they have a problem with you, Its them.

That, to me, its the most inspiring one.

4th Always Do Your Best.

This one is hard for me. (Yet, again, challenges!)

I by no means have been doing my best, in anything really.

And its hard to do my best because I never really think of everything I CAN do.

I just think of the thing thats is EASIEST to do. Theres a huge difference as you can see.

5th Music.

All you that know me well, know that I LOVE MUSIC.

Music is my life. If I don't listen to some sort of music throughout my day

ITS A REALLY REALLY BAD DAY.

I have decided to open myself up to music more. That can end up being a lot of $$$ on iTunes

Just to let everyone know.
Well today was a really good day :)
I slept in. Really late. Then I went running with
my bestest friends Smelary and Roger.
and then we watched Despicable Me and made smoothies
and saw some pretty interesting people at Macey's....
Anyways.
But I'd just like to get a few things off my chest
people lie. and hide the truth. and that really bothers me.
even in front of your best friends. I don't know why certain people feel
like they have to lie to make themselves sound better, or cooler, or whatever.
I don't understand why people have to be so self-conscious in front of the
people that know them best and would never judge them.
This whole thing may sound weird. But its how I feel.
And then when they get mad at you they just stay mad at you.
Then the next time they talk to you they act like nothing happened.
I'm glad your over it. Good. Be Happy. Being Happy is good.
But don't you think I'd atleast like to know what I did?
Because its really bothering me.
And I can tell I'm bothering you.
So I'm just going to back off.
Because thats probably what you want.
